Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s seaside estate is located on an eight-acre bluff that overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area nicknamed ’billionaires’ row.’

In 2023, Beyoncé and Jay-Z spent a whopping $200 million on a mansion in Malibu, according to TMZ, which went untouched in the recent L.A. fires. The house was designed by renown architect Tadao Ando, whose previous works have been owned by the likes of Kanye West. The 30,000 square-foot compound looks over the Pacific Ocean from the cliffs above, and features Ando’s signature concrete-and-glass construction. Photos of the mansion show a museum-like interior, with floor-to-ceiling windows and several pools.

Bel-Air, CA

In 2017, the power couple spent $88 million on their Bel-Air home, according to Business Insider. Designed by architect Paul McClean, the nearly 19,000 square-foot mansion is yet another modern masterpiece. The home features eight bedrooms, fifteen bathrooms, a fifteen-car garage, and basketball court, alongside outdoor spaces and several pools. One of the key interior features of the house is a spiral staircase that was carved out of a single piece of wood. The annual taxes alone cost nearly $1 million, Realtor.com reported.
