Inside Justin and Hailey Bieber’s Jaw-Dropping Homes

When Justin Bieber first met Hailey Baldwin at the Today Show in 2009 (with a painfully awkward handshake caught on camera), few could have predicted that the floppy-haired teen sensation and the daughter of Hollywood royalty would become one of fashion and music’s most influential power couples. After years of on-again-off-again romance, a divine intervention at a Miami church conference in 2018 reunited the pair, leading to a whirlwind summer engagement and an intimate courthouse ceremony that September. Now, with a combined net worth approaching half a billion dollars (thanks in part to Justin’s recent $200 million music catalog sale), the Biebers have cultivated not just a marriage, but an impressive real estate portfolio, too.

Lakeside Ontario Engagement Home

Nothing says “I’m committed” quite like dropping $5 million on your first shared home—especially when it’s a 101-acre slice of Canadian paradise. Just weeks after putting a ring on it in July 2018, Justin made the grand gesture of purchasing this spectacular estate in his home province of Ontario. The 9,000-square-foot farmhouse-style mansion became their pandemic sanctuary, documented through their intimate Facebook Watch series.

The property includes four ensuite bedrooms, six bathrooms, and amenities that would make a five-star resort blush. The two-story temperature-controlled wine room (because proper wine storage is essential when you’re young, rich, and in love) complements a private gym, game room, movie theater, and even an observatory for stargazing. But the real magic happens outside: we’re talking private lake access, an equestrian facility with stables, and yes, even a personal racetrack.

Beverly Hills Newlywed Home

In true newlywed fashion, the couple invested $8.5 million in a stunning 1932 Monterey Colonial in Beverly Hills in Spring of 2019. The 6,132-square-foot property features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a sunken family room, wood-paneled library, home theater, a wet bar, and an infinity pool with a cabana.
The home became Instagram-famous when Justin, in peak Gen-Z realtor mode, attempted to sell it through social media (“Make an offer,” he casually posted to his 280 million followers). When that didn’t work, they enlisted the help of three real estate agents, including Dalton Gomez. Gomez, who was previously married to pop star Ariana Grande, worked alongside Josh and Matt Altman of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles to facilitate the sale. The home sold fully furnished in 2021 for $7.995 million (even social media royalty isn’t immune to real estate losses).
