One of architect Charles Gwathmey’s modernist gems in rural Connecticut has hit the market for $8 million.

Donna and Ben Rosen purchased the home in Connecticut’s Litchfield County in 2002 after several years of fruitless house hunting. They knew they were home from the moment they turned the corner onto the 41-acre property in Kent and saw the clean lines built to fit seamlessly into the landscape and the soaring atrium framing a cascading natural waterfall. They closed within weeks.
