It seems Kylie Jenner is still not done expanding her real estate empire. The young makeup mogul recently snapped up a sprawling five-acre lot of undeveloped land in Hidden Hills, California, for $15 million in cash, Variety reports. This comes just days after the news that she paid $36.5 million for a brand-new resort-style mansion in Holmby Hills.
Past marketing materials reveal that Jenner’s new lot previously housed a ranch, and that the former owner demolished the existing structure and subsequently acquired permits for a new compound to be built in its place. (Fun fact: Before that, the property belonged to Miley Cyrus, who let her horses roam on the spacious grounds between 2015 and 2018. She ultimately sold it to the unnamed previous owner for $5 million.)
According to Variety, the permits for Jenner’s new parcel include plans for an 18,000-square-foot mansion, a 12-car garage, a separate guesthouse, a barn, a sports court, and a pool. And because the property is, after all, situated in celebrity-friendly Hidden Hills, there are also approved plans for a guard shack for full-time security detail. It’s currently unclear what Jenner’s plans are for the undeveloped lot.
Presently, it appears that the self-made billionaire and her daughter, Stormi, have been spending their time in quarantine at her colorful Martyn Lawrence Bullard–designed home in Hidden Hills and at what is presumably the modern Holmby Hills pad she recently acquired (above). The youngest Kardashian-Jenner also owns a $13.5 million mansion situated above Beverly Hills and a vacant lot in La Quinta, California, which she bought for $3.25 million earlier this year.
