Forest Whitaker has finally decided to part ways with his Hollywood Hills mansion. The Oscar Award winner is selling his gated property for $4.3 million, after purchasing it for $1.5 million in 2003. Situated on 1.6 acres, the private compound is located just off celebrity-populated Woodrow Wilson Drive.
The compound includes everything you’d expect from a celebrity residence. It features two impressive homes, with a total of 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The 4,705-square-foot main house, located at 3036 Beckman Road, is complete with a double staircase, an open living, family, and dining room, a striking wall of windows, a spacious cooks kitchen, and much more. The second home at 3042 Munro Circle is just as luxurious. There’s a gorgeous pool, a private movie theater, and a built-in BBQ pit, along with multiple outdoor areas for entertaining.
