News of the Academy Award winner’s bayside home listing comes as he emerges from retirement to star in The Irishman.
Hollywood’s beloved Italian American actor, Joe Pesci, just listed his longtime beach home in—you guessed it—The Jersey Shore. A New Jersey native whose roles span from Vinny Gambini in My Cousin Vinny to Harry in Home Alone, Pesci’s 7,200-square-foot mansion in Ocean County’s Lavallette borough can be yours for $6.5 million. While Pesci may be saying goodbye to his contemporary Art Deco abode, we suspect that his recent emergence from acting retirement—with a starring role in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishmen—may have something to do with his decision to part ways with the place he’s called home since 1994.
According to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, Pesci’s home is located on the shore’s West Point Island neighborhood, with the bay as its backyard and the beach just a short walk away. The open floor plan, wrap-around balconies, and large windows provide views to the bay and beyond. Bright, spacious, and perfect for large-scale hosting, some star features of the home include a media room, private elevator, and heated pool with a spa.
