Online Marketing Manager

As the Online Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive lead generation. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing channels and platforms to promote our listings, engage with clients, and elevate our brand in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Content Marketing: Create compelling and SEO-optimized content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and enhances our search engine rankings.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Develop content calendars, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to target specific demographics, increase visibility of property listings, and optimize advertising spend.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote property listings, and engage with clients. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Provide regular reports and insights on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources wisely across different channels, and ensure cost-efficient marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
