The land plot is a bit more than 31 Rais. The land has been subdivided in 9 title deeds, all connected together. All Chanote title deeds.

Apart from the lower part of the land, near the public road, we have sea views everywhere, 270 degrees in some places.

The land has been cleared of most low vegetation. We have however kept many trees to avoid land erosion. Also, the trees are rain forest trees, some of them very old and therefore beautiful and valuable.

A prebuilt concrete road on the land, 500 meters long and 6 meters wide, with water, drains on the side.

A small house is built at the entrance of the property. The house can be used as a guardhouse and as an office.

A water tank has been built at the top of the property.

Electric and water pipes have been installed.

The land has its own well that produces 30 cubic meters of water per day.
